- Adds a Start Date option for the opt-ins, which enables you to set a date after which the opt-in should be displayed to the users. Before this date the opt-in will not be displayed.
- Adds an End Date option for the opt-ins, which enables you to set a date after which the opt-in will not be displayed to the users.
